Essentially Holistic is based in Derbyshire. It is run by Anita James an aromatherapist, reflexology therapist and holistic practitioner offering a wide range of holistic complementary therapies including aromatherapy treatments, holistic massage therapy, and reflexology treatments. These treatments are all tailored to your individual needs and are carried out in a custom built wooden chalet set in an aromatic garden.

Essentially Holistic is a specialist in providing holistic complementary therapies for babies, children and families both through private appointments and projects within educational settings using holistic complementary therapies such as aromatherapy and holistic massage therapy. I work alongside Positive Play within some Derbyshire schools.
Essentially Holistic also offers training to existing holistic practitioners and people who have an interest in holistic complimentary therapies. These can be presented as a 1–1 or group sessions and include aromatherapy workshops and holistic massage therapy courses.
